Windproof shutter door is a multi-joint moving slat connected tightly with each other in series, it rolls up and down with the top shaft in a fixed slide. The shutter door acts as horizontally separation as the wall. It consists of 13 parts,such as shutter panel,guide rail,support,shaft,cover, control system,door winder,limiter,manual switch setting,button switch safety device and so on. For the material, it can made of aluminum,201/301/316 stainless steel. It can meet different customers' requirement. And it is generally installed in places where wall separation is inconvenient. It's widely use in the warehouse, factory, commercial and industrial and so on.
◪1.The windproof rail in the wind resistant rolling shutter door is installed on both sides of the doorway. The shutter is inserted between the two rails, and the transmission shaft is mounted above the wall of door.
◪2.Material: it can made of aluminum and stainless steel like 201/304/316 . Different material has different long lifespan.
◪3.Safe:new and beautiful aluminum integral bottom beam,and door's bottom can be installed with the safety rubber protection device.
◪4.A safety anti-collision device can be set at the bottom of the door(optional).When closing the door, it stops quickly to ensure the safety and exit of people and things if it approaches an obstacle, and the remote control and light control are optional. The door can be installed indoors or outdoors.
◪5.Track: The thickness of the track is 2.0mm, width is 55mm and length is 105mm. And it can made of aluminum, 201/304/316 stainless steel. It's depend on your choice.
