For the material which can made of aluminium, galvanized steel, 201/304/314 stainless steel. The shutter door acts as horizontally separation as the wall. It consists of 13 parts,such as shutter panel,guide rail,support,shaft,cover, control system,door winder,limiter,manual switch setting,button switch safety device and so on. For the material, it can made of aluminu,201/301/316 stainless steel. It can meet different customers' requirement. And it is generally installed in places where wall separation is inconvenient. Besides, it is very popular use in the warehouse, inductrial, factory and so on.

◪1.Color: All of the door colors are customzied. For the standard color we have white, beige. For the special color, please feel free to contact us.
◪2.Material: it can made of aluminum and stainless steel like 201/304/316 . Different material has different long lifespan.
◪3.Track: The thickness of the track is 2.0mm, width is 55mm and length is 105mm. And it can made of aluminum, 201/304/316 stainless steel. It's depend on your choice.
◪4.A safety anti-collision device can be set at the bottom of the door(optional).When closing the door, it stops quickly to ensure the safety and exit of people and things if it approaches an obstacle, and the remote control and light control are optional. The door can be installed indoors or outdoors.
◪5.There are three ways of installation: inside installation, middle installation and outside installation. With installation size it's very important for us which decided the whole set door can install or not.

Functional design

1.When the door opens and closes,there are safety alarm (optional),anti-collision device (optional) and stopper.The rolling door opener is supported by active rolling.
2. The door adopts a special windproof rail and wind resistance shutter sheet.

Structural design

1. The beam tube is calculated according to the "Architectural structure load standards".
2. The lateral rail is fixed on both sides of the door wall, and the transmission device is fixed on the upper beam of the doorway.

Electrical design

1. Power supply for the shutter door is 380V/50hz;
2. door opener is controlled by electric control (optional); the control casing is equipped with current limiting protection and emergency buttons.
3. When the door is opened and closed, there are sound and light alarm device, stopper and anti punching protection.
