Spare Parts Brief View

6063-T5 Aluminum profile, standard profile thickness is 2.0mm. Surface finish is powder coating, stock color: White, Gray & Black. Anodic oxidation & custom color is available.

Glass type: 5+27A+5, tempered glass, 27mm air space & desiccant ball could keep it has good insulation. Glass color could be customized. Also can make the glass with Low-E or add Argon Gas into air space. Will be perfect sealed with aluminum frame.

45° seamless angel for Aluminum Splicing, to keep it in high quality standard then could improve the door' s water penetration & air infiltration. Will be match will with galss.

Top Trolley System, is made of aluminum alloy, antioxidant surface to makee it has waterproof & anti-corrosion functions. Top trolley 1 is two-way direction; Top trolley 2 is one-way direction. Both of them are work smoothly with door top track.

Main body is made of aluminum alloy, antioxidant treatment for its surface, it's waterproof & anti-corrosion. The wheels are made of stainless steel, it work smoothly and it's strong enough & could bear 300KGS. Trolley 1 is two-way direction, trolley 2 is one-way direction.

Antioxidant treatment for Handle's surface, it's waterproof & anti-corrosion. The Key Cylinder is made of stainless, to keep it has long lifetime & easy maintenance. Handle standard color is silver & golden. Other color option could be custom-made.

Hinge 1 is two-way direction; Hinge 2 is one-way direction with D handle; Hinge 3 is two-way direction with D handle. All of them are made of aluminum alloy and antioxidant, to keep it waterproof and has more long lifetime.

Handle 1 work with Blot 2 to help you close or open Bi-Fold Door very well. Blot 3 it's a kind of blot lock on the top & bottom of door panel, when you want to close the door tightly, just lock it. So it's anti-thef.

There has Rubber Sealer for each door panel, and also it's seamless with each panel when the door closed, can keep the door has good leakproofness. Soft design can protect finger not easy to get injure.
